Mobile Ticketing

Attending the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship is simple, secure, and seamless with the help of mobile ticketing. All mobile tickets can be viewed and managed from your smartphone through the CFBPlayoff mobile app. Follow the steps below to learn how to view and manage your mobile tickets.

  1. Launch the CFBPlayoff mobile app from your phones home screen.

  2. Select "Tickets” located on the bottom of your mobile phone's screen.

  3. You will be prompted to enter your College Football Playoff Account Manager credentials, or your Ticketmaster login credentials on the sign-in page. If you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgot password?” and follow the provided instructions. You will need immediate access to your email inbox as the reset password link will expire within fifteen minutes. Once you have entered the proper credentials, click “Sign in to College Football Playoff”.

  4. After logging into the College Football Playoff Account Manager, click the event banner to view your mobile tickets.

  5. These are your mobile game tickets. For easy access on game day add your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet. This can be achieved by tapping “View Barcode” then following the indicated prompts.

  6. When you arrive at NRG Stadium on Monday, January 8, open your phone's digital wallet app and select your mobile game tickets to show stadium personnel.

  1. To begin transferring mobile tickets on the CFBPlayoff mobile app, select “Transfer” in the lower-right hand corner of your screen.

  2. Select the mobile tickets you would like to send to other game attendees and then click “continue”.

    **Please note: a ticket transfer has not been finalized until the recipient accepts the offer and you receive the indicated email . Once the transfer has been accepted your digital ticket(s) tickets will reflect the new ownership in the CFBPlayoff mobile app.

  3. Mobile tickets can be transferred to recipients via an email address or through a text message.

  4. Enter the recipients contact information to electronically transfer the indicated tickets.

  5. Once the recipient has claimed your mobile ticket transfer, you will receive further communication confirming the tickets have been claimed.

    **Please note: a ticket transfer has not been finalized until the recipient accepts the offer and you receive the indicated email . Once the transfer has been accepted your digital ticket(s) will reflect the new ownership in the CFBPlayoff mobile app.

  1. You will receive mobile tickets either by SMS or email. To accept, click the provided link.

  2. Sign in using your existing College Football Playoff Account Manager or Ticketmaster login credentials.

  3. You’re now viewing your mobile tickets. To ensure a memorable game day, please add your mobile tickets to your phone’s digital wallet.

    Your 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship mobile ticket(s) can be sold on Ticketmaster’s Fan-to-Fan Ticket Exchange as they currently appear on the CFBPlayoff mobile app.

     
  1. Once viewing your mobile tickets, select “sell” in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and choose the seats you would like to list for sale.

  2. Enter the US dollar amount you would like to list the selected tickets for and then confirm your selection with the listing confirmation button in the right-hand corner. Once confirmed, sellers will need to select a listing cut off time and their desired payout method.

  3. Once you confirm the sale, your digital ticket will now be an active listing on the marketplace and mimic the image below in the CFBPlayoff app.

Frequently Asked Questions

I do not have a smartphone. How do I access my mobile tickets on game day?

If you do not have access to a smartphone on January 8, please call or email the College Football Playoff Ticketing Office.

At what age does my child need a ticket for the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship?

Anybody, regardless of age, who wishes to attend the national championship game will need a valid game ticket.

I need to exchange my tickets for ADA and ADA companion seats. How do I do this?

If you or a member of your party need to exchange them a valid game ticket to the 2024 CFP National Championship, please do so on January 8th at NRG Stadium at one of the Guest Services Booths inside the stadium. (Guest Services is located at the NW Entry as well as the SE Entry on the Upper concourse level). Please note, ADA seat exchanges are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis and inventory is limited.

If I purchased my tickets through Ticketmaster’s Fan-to-Fan Ticket Exchange, can I still access my tickets from the CFBPlayoff mobile app?

Yes. You will be able to access your mobile tickets via the CFBPlayoff mobile app by entering your login credentials used on Ticketmaster.com.
